Terms of Service

1. The Service

CVNex captures CVs from connected email inboxes, extracts and structures candidate data using AI, presents dashboard analytics, and performs job-description matching. Features may be updated, added, or removed at any time as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Use CVNex to process CVs or data you do not have lawful rights to handle.
• ✕Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without written consent.
• ✕Use the service for unlawful discrimination in hiring decisions.
• ✕Attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the security of the platform.

4. Candidate Data

You remain the data controller for candidate information processed through CVNex. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and legal basis to collect and process candidate CVs. DevNexi acts as a data processor on your behalf, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment & Plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

CVNex is provided "as is." AI-generated parsing, scoring, and matching results are intended to assist, not replace, human hiring judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevNexi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
